Estlio collects information that website visitors voluntarily provide through the chat widget — including name, email address, phone number, and property preferences. This information is stored securely in your WordPress database and our servers.
We also collect account information when you register: name, business name, email address, and encrypted password.
Information collected through the Estlio widget is used solely to connect buyers and sellers with the real estate agent who operates the website. We use account information to provide and improve the Estlio service.
Estlio does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not share lead data with any party other than the real estate agent operating the website where the lead was collected.
All data transmitted through the Estlio widget and dashboard is encrypted using HTTPS (TLS). API keys are stored server-side and are never exposed to website visitors or in browser source code.
Estlio uses a session token stored in your browser's localStorage to keep you logged in to your dashboard. No third-party tracking cookies are set by Estlio.
Lead and conversation data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@estlio.com.
