Estlio is an AI-powered real estate chatbot platform that embeds on WordPress websites to qualify leads, book appointments, and answer client questions. The service includes a WordPress plugin and a web-based dashboard.
New Pro accounts include a 3-day free trial. Your payment method will not be charged until the trial period ends. After the trial, $9.99/month is billed automatically. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard before the trial ends to avoid any charge.
You agree to use Estlio only for lawful purposes in connection with a legitimate real estate business. You may not:
Your Estlio API key is personal to your account. You are responsible for keeping it confidential. Do not share your API key or allow unauthorized use of your account.
Estlio strives for 99.9% uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
Estlio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Estlio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard. Estlio reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Estlio after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
